About Me

Originally from New York, I have been a Bay Area resident for more than 20 years, and have enjoyed living on the Peninsula, and in San Francisco and Marin. I currently reside in Palo Alto.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I had a successful 20-year career in marketing and administration, working with startup companies, investors, lawyers, and nonprofits. I received my undergraduate degree from Cornell University and spent a year in Paris at the Sorbonne.

My love of beautiful homes, business, and working with people in a consultative fashion eventually led me to the ever-interesting field of real estate. I joined the Menlo Park office of Coldwell Banker in 2012 and have been having a great time in the business ever since.

I serve as Chair of the Technology Committee for the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, and am a member of SILVAR’s Menlo-Atherton District Council. I also volunteer regularly for nonprofits supporting the environment, youth, and animals.

I am passionate about promoting healthier, non-toxic, energy-efficient, and sustainable homes and communities. I have several green designations: LEED Green Associate, EcoBroker, and NAR GREEN.

This result is achieved by cost-effectively preparing your home to look its best, strategic pricing, widespread online/print/email advertising (or discreet off-MLS marketing), and creative win-win negotiation. Along the way, I will be in close communication to keep you up to date and to get your input as needed. My aim is to make the process of selling your home as smooth, easy, and stress-free as possible. I will be there as your professional real estate advisor and advocate every step of the way.

Buyers: As your buyer's agent, my goal is to help you find your dream home, but then even more importantly, successfully get into contract in our very competitive Silicon Valley market, in which multiple offers are the norm. I will advise you on the components of a successful offer and provide you with comparative sales information to help you select an offer price that hits the sweet spot between too low and overpaying. I can also make introductions to lenders, if needed. Depending on your timeline, I can work closely and intensely with you to help you find a home in a very short period of time, or we can take a more leisurely pace and I will provide you with weekly lists of my top picks for you to see at weekend open houses. If you are new to the area, I can take you on an afternoon "grand tour" of the local cities and neighborhoods so you can start to hone in on the areas you like best. After you purchase your home, I can recommend contractors and tradesmen for repairs and remodeling.
